How It Works

No surprises between "let's do this" and "it's done."

Every engagement follows the same four steps, whether it's a single workflow fix or an ongoing retainer. Here's exactly what happens at each one.

Four steps, every time

  1. 01

    Find the leak

Start with the free Ops Leak Scorecard for a quick read, or book a Guided Diagnostic if you want a working session and a written brief. Either way, you leave knowing exactly where the hours are going and what fixing it would actually take.

You get: A ranked list of what's costing you the most time, and a fixed quote for fixing the top one.

  2. 02

    Lock the scope

Before any work starts, you get a scope lock document: what's included, what isn't, what it costs, and how long it takes. No open-ended hours you can't predict, no scope creep disguised as “just one more thing.”

You get: A signed agreement with a real price and a real timeline, not an estimate.

  3. 03

We build it in your accounts

The workflow gets built inside your own tools, not ours. You're never locked into our infrastructure to keep it running. Anything that posts, sends, or publishes externally has a human approval step wired in before it goes live.

You get: A recorded walkthrough of the finished system and a named point of contact on both sides.

  4. 04

    You own it

Every build ends with documentation and training, not a black box. If a system only works while we're involved, the job isn't finished. From here, you can stop, book another Sprint for the next workflow, or move into an ongoing retainer.

You get: A tool-agnostic SOP, a tool-specific appendix, and a 30-day window to catch anything that doesn't work as scoped.

What's actually protecting you

Access and credentials get handed off through a dedicated vault, not email or shared docs, and revocation steps are documented the moment an engagement closes. Nothing that touches customers or money goes live without a human checking it first. And every build comes with a defect window, so if something doesn't work the way it was scoped, that's on us to fix, not a new invoice.

Realistic timelines, not sales timelines

A Guided Diagnostic is a single working session plus a few business days for the written brief. A Build Sprint runs two to four weeks once the scope is locked. An Implementation Project, covering two connected workflows, runs four to ten weeks. None of that includes how long it takes you to decide, that part's up to you.
